My name is Sinclair. I am 20years old. I am currently in the United
States. I entered the U.S. on a J-1 exchange student visa and
DS-2019 sponsorship form. My visa expired in October, 2010. I
submitted an I-539 before the expiration of my status asking for 24
more weeks to complete some research. I am awaiting a decision on
this I-539. Also my dad (permanent resident) petitioned for me and
my priority date is June 1 2010. The I-130 has not yet been
